As Orange Customer Service we operate on the market since October,1st 2010. We are an integral part of the TP Group, emerging from a consolidation of customer care activities of Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (fixed line, broadband internet and TV operator) and PTK Centertel Sp. z o.o. (Orange brand mobile operator in TP Group), in order to fully benefit from both companies combined potential and experience in serving customers. Our ambition is to create the biggest and best customer care company in Poland and Europe.
We operate throughout the country, employing more than five thousand people. For many years, we have provided end-to-end after-sales service to individual and business customers of Telekomunikacja Polska and PTK Centertel. Our core business is to take care of customers we create new quality of service and customer experience, based on long-term relationships and trust. It is crucial for us to actively promote electronic invoice and modern payment channels among customers, as it is our responsibility to help protecting the environment.
